Incentives for blind and deaf persons pursuant to resolution 46/17/cons
The Client,
- in order to receive a 50% reduction in the monthly fee on Internet and telephony offers pursuant to art. 4 subsection 1 of AGCOM Resolution no. 46/17 / CONS;
- The undersigned, aware that false statements, falsified documents and the display or use of false documents or documents containing data that are no longer true are punished by the Criminal Code and by special laws on the matter.
shall declare he/she is in possession of the requisites set forth in AGCOM Resolution no. 46/17/CONS, in particular indicating one of the following two conditions:
- the condition of deafness, under Article 1, paragraph 2 of Law no. 381 of 1970, as amended, or of total or partial blindness, pursuant to articles 2 or 3 of Law 138 of 2001, attaching a photocopy of medical certification proving the deafness or total or partial blindness, issued by the competent public health assessment committee.
- that in the household unit there is a totally blind, partially blind or deaf person, attaching a photocopy of medical certification proving the deafness or total or partial blindness, issued by the competent public health assessment committee, and certification on the composition of the household unit.
Also bearing in mind that:
- the conditions to take advantage of the economic benefit start:
- from the day the application is filed complete with the required documentation if the subscription contract is already in place;
- from the day of activation of the Internet access connection and/or activation of the voice service if it is a new activation.
- Failure to satisfy any one of the above requirements, resulting in forfeiture of the benefit, must be promptly communicated to Unidata by PEC (certified email), fax or registered mail to the following addresses:

- Unidata may carry out at any time, possibly with the assistance of appointed third parties, the controls required by current regulations regarding the truthfulness of declarations made by the declarant;
- That these subsidised conditions are usable with reference to a single landline telephone user, undertaking to comply with the aforementioned limit for the entire duration of the offer.
