Unifiber, ultra-fast Internet for everyone

Last year Unidata launched its Unifiber service offering, a great innovation in the telecoms sector. Unifiber is a real NGAN (Next Generation Access Network) service completely based on FTTH (Fiber to the Home), i.e. optical fibre directly to the customer site. The service is available in the cabled areas we define "Fiberzones", where high capacity Internet access is offered at 100 Mbps, the so-called Ultra-Internet.
Fiberzones are areas of high user density, mainly of the business kind:  the service offering and pricing structure are very competitive and are modulated according to the number of users in the company or organization, not just on the basis of access speed.
With this approach small companies too may have a very fast access, something which wasn't usually possible: only large companies could afford a 100 Mbps access, a privilege costing thousands of Euros per month.

Unifiber completely changes the scenery and a new paradigm is offered: company size is no longer the only important factorm what is important is the service required for each connected use; so no longer a privilege but an opportunity available to everybody.

Unifiber, more and more areas covered

Unifiber is present in various areas of the city and province of Rome and their number is constantly growing both in the commercial and industrial districts and in parts of the city centre.

Uniwificloud, easy Wi-Fi public access

Unidata has launched Uniwificloud, a cloud service for Wi-Fi  Internet access.
It is an ideal solution for local authorities that want to avoid having to manage the service, which is fully automated and doesn’t require getting involved in regulations, customer registration procedures and similar issues.

The service offer is available on Consip-Mepa, hence easily purchasable by Public Administrations, and is very modular, starting with a very competitive price for a few hot-spots and scaling up to the implementation of very large and complex networks.
